When i was younger, i never had an issue with dark eye circles or eye bags. I could stay up all night and the next day i still looked fine. My mum would always tell me that i am very lucky that all these signs does not show up on my eyes (unlike for herself and my brother, if they sleep late the night before, the next morning they will have puffy eyes and dark eye circles).

But well well well, who knows after years of accumulating late nights and probably a certain level of stress, I SUDDENLY FEEL I GOT DARK EYE CIRCLES! So i told myself, maybe my job stress and try to sleep more. DOESNT WORK, still got dark eye circles.

So no choice, i was googling good eye concealers to cover dark eye circles. Because i honestly felt i looked really shagged and tired. I've tried MANY different concealers from different brands but i cannot find one that covers my dark eye circle well.

What is Dark Eye Circles?

So in general, dark eye circles are caused by caused by sunkenness under the eyes, creating lines that may look like eye bags or dark circles. This is easily reversed with a non-surgical procedure – a simple injection with a very soft filler such as Restylane Vital Light under the eye areas to restore and rejuvenate.

If you happen to suffer from dark eye circles at the same time, which commonly happens to people who have sunken undereyes, the treatment also improves the appearance and reduce the extent of dark eye circles. It also helps to reduce fine lines under the eyes.

How is the treatment done?

A very soft filler is selected for eye area treatment. The filler is placed below or above the eyes where required and along tear troughs to correct the depression and lines. Dr Tiffiny Yang is very skillful, throughout the whole procedure i did not feel much pain. Numbing cream will be applied over the area to be treated and you are good to go. I would say this is very very bearable :)

The whole procedure takes about 30mins. And the results are amazing! No kidding that the dark eye circles will be reduced by at least 30%.

As you can see from the above picture, my dark eye circles have significantly reduced and I AM SO SO HAPPY!!!!

❤ Phuket Trip 2015 Day 1 part 1

It's been some time back that we wanted to take a short and relaxing getaway out of the bustling city of Singapore, and go somewhere that has a nice sandy beach with clear blue waters. So we were thinking either Malaysia Desaru , Krabi or Phuket, somewhere nearby.

Our first choice was initially Malaysia, because ringgit is like 2.99 or something. Super good deal if i changed SGD to RM haha! But after googling up the place and all ... i just wasn't so keen, can't really remember the real reason why though, probably because the drive up is also about 1.5-2hrs, and i felt probably we can go somewhere further, with nicer scenery and all by plane lol.

So it was left with Krabi and Phuket. I didnt had any preference because both were in Thailand and both have very nice beaches and resorts too. However the plane ticket to Krabi is cheaper than to Phuket. Hence since both were equally good, so we decided on Krabi. But goodness, the hotel finding was such a pain in the ass because there were SO SO SO MANY resorts and i was checking on Trip Advisor and all the hotel websites to see reviews and photos of the place. Then again we wanted somewhere near the beach, whereby we can just walk out of the resort and in front is the beach already.

I opened so many tabs on my Google Chrome until my eyes were so tired looking and comparing every resort. Then i just decided to go FB for help, haha! Yes my 2nd best friend, first is always Google. So i posted if anyone can recommend me a good resort in either Phuket or Krabi which is near the beach and not too pricey.

And god bless, James PM-ed me on FB! So i do not know James beforehand, but he was very helpful in helping me to breakdown my searches. He suggested me to go Phuket instead of Krabi because it is low season now and there is nothing much to do after dark in Krabi. However, Phuket was still a more happening place and he can get some awesome deals on the hotels in Phuket too, so i was like, ok why not? lol

After talking to James, i realized he owns a travel company, OMT Holidays & Tours. & the way he operates his business is totally different from the ordinary travel agencies whereby you buy a standard package (whether you like the itinerary or not, they wont change anything for you) and you have to fit to their travelling dates and etc. James however does tailor-made travel packages which is much more flexible as you can choose what you want to do and his team of professionals will do out the planning and all for you. Plus the hotel rates that he can get in Phuket, you cannot find in any websites at all. Is super duper worth it! James told me not to worry, just come over to Phuket and he will arrange the hotels and all for us. Wah, where to find such a nice guy on FB, lol!

So yay, off we went to Phuket!

Took Jetstar, probably one of the budget airlines that i will ever take. lol

Arrived in Phuket about 9am, as Thailand is one hour before SG timing. James came to pick us up and brought us to the resort. Was about 1.5 hours from airport to the resort.

Reached our resort at Radisson Blu, super quiet and nice, slightly away from the central of Phuket. & they gave us this lovely blue refreshing drink. Heehee.

Since we arrived early, James bought us to have lunch! Yay, FOOD FOOD FOOD :D Since i am in Thailand, I MUST HAVE MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE - PHAD THAI NOODLES! Mainly because that is one of the non-spicy dishes.

❤ Happy 50th Birthday Singapore

HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

I suggested to have a get together picnic-style with my girls at Marina Barrage so that we can watch the fireworks as well as the NDP Parade. It's been awhile since we did something fun like this, lol.

Best part is ... I GET TO BRING MY LITTLE GIRL!
